Decal Jantes Wolber Soissons. Vintage item in very good condition . No splits or cracks. Round to within a couple of mm. When placed on a flat table rim can be flattened with light pressure. (See photo of gap) Confident that it will build into a round and true wheel. Nice aged patina that will look good on a classic build. I believe to be 65b but I don't have a tub rim to compare. 40 hole.
