A classic 700c Tubular wheelset of Exceltoo alloy hubs laced to rare San Giorgio sprint rims. The rear rim still showing the San Giorgio transfer. Nice ridged brake surfaces. The rear hub is about 110 O.L.N.D Fixed/Free. They spin fairly true and bearings don’t feel too bad for a 60-70 year wheelset. The downside is just to one side of the valve hole on the rear wheel a few of the spoke holes have ‘puckered’ up and one has split (last 5 photos) A rare and interesting period wheelset that’s worth trying to save or great for display. The tyres do not look too bad but only one holds air. Sent in a box via Parcel Force.
