I have original documents from the original owner detailing the story of this frame which he found back in the early sixties. He believed it to be an Armstrong but there’s no markings to prove it…becuase this frame is from the time where bicycle racing was highly illegal. Around the time of the infamous path racers and the sit up and beg roadsters to show off wealth and prestige. Absolutely brilliant frame for making a fast and efficient roadster to your liking
