Here we have a vintage SunTour Perfect 5 Speed Freewheel, 14-24T with standard English hub thread 1.37 x 24TPI. Hailing from the 1980s, (date code AD for 1984), the freewheel is in good useable condition. The freewheel turns freely with no grittiness and the teeth are square. There are some signs of age as to be expected, namely some tarnishing of the teeth with some surface rusting here and there. I would most of it will run off once in use again and lubricated. Overall a very nice component that would be a positive addition to a vintage bike build project. Prior to sale the freewheel has been cleaned and degreased and is now ready to fit.
