Remarkable condtion Simplex AV223 Prestige front derailleur. 28 - 28.6mm band on mount.Made in France between 1964 and 1975. Maximum chainring difference is 14 tooth. Very low miles indeed! I`ve had lots of these over the last 13 years and this must be the best I`ve ever had.
