For comparison, a size 44 is considered a 10 (just slightly smaller), but a 45 is considered closer to a size 10.5- US. White size markings on outer tongue have mostly all faded /rubbed off, but as you can see second to last picture the "44" is engraved on bottoms of soles ( Sidi only engraved whole sizes), and the "1/2" white round stickers are still present on bottoms of sole.
