The front mech works properly, and the main mounting bolt is in great condition, however the support bolt is seized. I have been riding this without the support bolt engaged and shifts perfectly, however it is best to engage the support bolt to take stress of the front mech hanger. If anyone knows a way of freeing up this bolt that would be ideal.
