700c clincher wheelset Rigida Rims Sapim spokes Shimano 5500 hubs Tyres and inners included free. Tubes holding air Hubs feel good, rear has been repacked with thicker grease at some point and doesn’t feel like it needs repacking. Front feels smoother and shouldn’t need servicing . I’d rate at 8/10 as it’s obviously had some use but not much Rims show only very light wear with some chips and scratches in places
