Retro Suntour XCD front mech from around 1990, with bottom pull and 31.8 clamp, ideal for you Cannondale build. Mech is in good working order with scuffs and scrapes and but of rust from use and storage, but joints are nice and tight. Please study the pictures for the overall condition of the item.
