Overall good condition, there’s two paint chips, one on the top tube and one on the seatstay (see pic) Top tube 52cm c-c Seat tube 64cm (25 inches) to the seat clamp. Seat cannot go higher but there’s room to cut down the seat tube. ATM it seems to be for around 30-31 inches inside leg. Any questions regarding sizing please ask. Weight 1700g as pictured
