Very comfortable cycling shoe. Work with 2 bolt SPD cleats and designed for mountain biking. I bought them for road biking. I already have a pair and they are extremely comfortable with a stiff sole so great for power transfer. They are men’s but they are great for women too. I bought the wrong size by mistake. These are discontinued now which is a shame as they are the most road-like shoe I’ve ever worn. I would say half size up from your normal shoe size if you are new to Mavic. Comes with a ratchet kit. Cleats not supplied. Never been worn.
