Halo Combat, one of the strongest rums from the 26" wheel era. An unused rim, been stored for a while so some storage marks, the decals have a couple of cracks in them but the rim itself is as it was manufactured. For rim or disc brakes. please study the images of the rim carefully as they are the most important aspect of the description.
