Cleat Compatibility: Compatible with FLR C-10, C-20, C-30 cleats and all major 2-bolt SPD and 3-bolt clipless pedal systems. Like most cycling shoes the sizing is on the small side. Going up a size compared to normal shoes is good for most people.
