These are designed to fit Enve Aero SES bars. This is one of the few combinations designed for carbon handlebars (I'm selling a pair of these separately) In great condition. Bars have been cut and measure 29cm from the bars to the tip of the extension If you need some longer bars you can always switch out the Enve ones.
