Here's my Custom painted Unknown frame and forks. No front and rear Brake lugs, so early 90's? My guess. Forks are un Threaded? See frame number. I've had it painted A Beautiful candy red, but if you look for a while, you can see Tiny black speckles? But you have to look for them. 10mm Dropouts. Never rebuilt since paint. So good to go.
