I’ve used these MTB cleats a few times at the gym and on the bike. I used to have MTB pedals on my gravel bike, that I no longer have, sold it. So these haven’t really been used since, just sitting around, the pictures display cleat-bits screwed to the sole, you may keep. Do you have compatible pedals with Shimano MTB cleats? EU size 44, these fit me as a UK size 10 person. Try before you buy, try some of the expensive size 44 in a shop before purchasing.
