This is a push rod style clamp on front derailleur dating from 1960’s I believe. There is still movement with the push rod though it is a little stiff. There appears to be a screw missing from the barrel of the hanger. Not sure what this does except clamps the hanger to the rod maybe? Hope this is of use to someone. Any questions please ask.
