It includes a 2.5 metre black cable housing, two rust-proof inner brake wires (1.1 metres for the front brake and 1.7 metres for the rear brake), two V-shaped brake cable guide tube with wellies, as well as numerous end caps and S-hooks. The cable housing is specially equipped with a three-layer design that optimally protects the inner brake wires and maximises braking performance. The outer layer is made of high-quality PVC, which is corrosion and ageing resistant. The middle steel spiral provides exceptional strength and durability, while the inner PVC layer minimises friction for smoother braking behaviour.
The inner brake wires are made of 19 steel strands that are tightly interwoven and high strength cold machined. This construction ensures flexibility and high tensile strength, making them durable and break resistant. Its smooth surface reduces resistance and allows effortless movement within the housing, which ensures an optimal braking feel.
In addition, the set includes practical accessories. The cable housing end caps protect against wear and tear, while the inner brake wire end caps ensure a clean appearance and prevent fraying. The V-shaped brake cable guide tube with rubber boots protect the inner brake wires and reduce friction during the braking process, which increases safety.
