Spoke Model: DT Swiss Champion. Spokes are custom cut with 10mm of new threads cold-rolled (in most cases better than factory strength and accuracy). Spokes are sheered to within 0.5mm accuracy and the threads are rolled using a Phil Wood Professional Spoke Machine (See photos) with immaculate condition rolling dies.
