Please study all photos before buying and note its listed for restoring ."loop frame 22 inch that had 28 inch wheels ..not sure of make and age but we think 1910-1930 approx ..we were told by the previous owner that it’s a Premier bike .these were made in Coventry England in the 1800 and raleigh took them over approx 1930 ..can’t see any makers name or any frame number ..i have taken a lot of photos ..please study all photos before buying and note its for restoring
